Services
I offer sessions both in person and virtually by videoteleconference or telephone.
I am currently holding a waitlist for new clients.
If you are looking to book your first appointment with me, I will contact you to schedule an initial, free 10-15 minute consultation.
Individual Therapy
$160 (60 min)
I provide individual therapy to adults toward improving insight and coping. I have counselled individuals across all genders and orientations, and have a particular interest in survivors of sexual violence and trauma; frontline and health care workers, nurses, physicians, first responders; military, veterans and their families; survivors of childhood abuse and trauma; narcissistic abuse and coercive control; those experiencing life transitions; and older adults.
Couples Therapy
$225 (75 min)
Being in a relationship takes work. We bring not only our present selves to the relationship, but also our past experiences, hurts, trauma, and needs. One partner can trigger the other unconsciously. Understanding this dynamic and helping find ways to shift it can significantly improve our relationships.
We can work together to navigate some of the tougher issues that arise, such as those involving trust, blending families, non-monogamy, experiencing a rough spell, or simply the impact of daily stress and transitions.
